Dr. Sparks was born and raised in Taylorsville, Kentucky and graduated from Spencer County High School. She obtained her undergraduate bachelor of science degree in biology from the University of Kentucky. She also graduated from UK with her doctor of dental medicine (DMD) degree and was awarded high distinction. Dr. Sparks is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Kentucky Dental Association (KDA), and the Louisville Dental Society (LDS).
She lives with her husband of four years, Mike, and their two little girls, Carter Beth and Ellie, in Taylorsville. When not in the office, Dr. Sparks enjoys attending church, baking, traveling, UK sports, and spending time with her family.
Dr. Sparks loves seeing adults and children and looks forward to taking care of the whole family! She is excited to get to know all of the patients and to be a part of the Eminence, Henry County Community.
Pam Dixon is from Georgia and is a southern girl through and through. Pam and her husband, Darryll, moved to Louisville four years ago where they now reside and are happy to call home. They have two grown sons, JP and Drew, who both live in Fort Collins, Colorado. In her spare time, Pam loves to read, garden and cook.
Pam is the office manager and has many years of experience in the dental field to offer. Pam will be happy to answer any of your questions about insurance, billing, appointments, etc.
Amber was raised in Henry County and graduated from Henry County High School. She graduated from ATA College for dental assisting in 2016. Shortly after her completion of college she continued to pursue her career and obtained her Expanded Duties Dental Assisting (EDDA) license. She began assisting Dr. Sparks and they have been working alongside one another for more than two years.
Amber lives in Pendleton, Kentucky with her husband, Joseph, of seven years and two sons, Jackson and Elliot. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats. She also enjoys reading a good book, crafting and camping.
Brieanna grew up in Oregon and moved to Shelbyville with her husband in 2012. She graduated from PCC’s Dental Assisting program in Portland, Oregon in 2011 becoming an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA). She went on to graduate from BCTC’s Dental Hygiene program in Lexington, Kentucky in 2014 becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). She graduated as class valedictorian and was awarded Clinical Honors.
Brieanna lives in a historical home in the heart of Shelbyville with her husband of 7 years, her Great Pyrenees dog, Liberty Belle, and her cat Atticus. In her free time, she loves to do yoga, read, and go hiking and primitive camping. She also regularly helps lead worship at her church in Louisville.
